I started out in performance marketing — spreadsheets, ad accounts, late-night dashboards. Somewhere along the way I noticed the most interesting growth wasn't happening inside agencies. It was happening in the DMs of content creators who'd quietly built audiences in the tens of thousands.
What they were missing wasn't talent. It was a system — a way to translate followers into clients, and craft into income, without burning out.
That's the work now. I partner with a small number of creators each year as an embedded growth lead: shaping offers, designing funnels, directing launches and protecting the part of their business that actually pays them.
